At Reno Harley-Davidson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our shipping and returns policy below.

Shipping Information

Processing Time:

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock products typically ship within 1-2 business days
  • Made-to-Order Items: Custom and made-to-order products require 7-10 business days for processing before shipment
  • Special Orders: Some items may require additional time - we'll notify you of any delays

Shipping Methods:

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Local Pickup:

Prefer to pick up your order? Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our Reno dealership. No shipping charges apply for local pickup orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at jdavis@renohd.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Made-to-order or custom items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help you exchange your item for the right one. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at jdavis@renohd.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
